Due to its hillside location, the Majorcan-style villa boasts glorious sea views from almost all indoor and outdoor spaces.
The main level opens to a large living room and dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, very modern with bar counter and all kind of appliances necessary, such as dishwasher, microwave or coffe machine, there is a separate laundry room too!
Traditional Casa Port has an additional fireplace room with a cozy seating area a guest toilet.
The top floor is exclusively for the main bedroom that counts on a king sized bed, bathroom en-suite (bath & shower) and private balcony with sea views.
The other three double bedrooms and three bathrooms, are located on the lowest level. The furniture and decor all throughout the house are thought to confere Casa Port with a carefree Mediterranean ambience.
Air conditioning and central heating are available in all rooms.
