It counts on 3 spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning, the masster bedroom is on the top floor,  with a modern en-suite bathroom and an adjoining entertainment and working area with a lounge sofa, a desk with PC, printer and scanner and with access to a lovely roof terrace with magnificent views over the bay and the coast. 

The other two bedrooms on the medium level are also double and share a family bathroom. 
 

The interior has been decorated in white and bright colors contrasting with its wooden floors. Get comfy in its living room's sofa or chairs, you will have satellite TV, and direct access to the furnished terrace deck overlooking the pool and garden and the bay in the horizon.

The dining area and adjacent fitted kitchen equipped with the best appliances and all necessary for a comfortable stay,  both open onto the terrace and sat water swimming pool which can be heated, it hosts the outdoors dining area, a fitted summer kitchen with additional refrigerator and a built-in BBQ.

Please note: On request, there is a large guest apartment in the lowest level which is only rented out on request and at a surcharge. It is fully equipped with a double bed, fitted kitchenette, lounge sofa and dining table and accessed either directly through the garage or via a staircase from the main house. The adjoining third bathroom is always accessible, as it hosts the washing maschine and tumble dryer, and can thus also be used any time when time is of the essential or privacy is needed.
