Casa Romero is a lovely detached holiday home with a large private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) located in the vicinity of Axarquia. In the area of Axarquia, there are many small, white villages, the so-called 'pueblos blancos', which are beautifully situated between and on the hills planted with vines. The Dutch owners have furnished this holiday home in a modern and very stylish way with lots of comfort. Here you will experience lots of privacy and enjoy unique views. From your terrace you have a panoramic view and in the evening you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. The ideal combination of peace and tranquility while you can look up the crowds in no time.

 

A supermarket is just a 7 minute drive away and the beautiful sandy beach of Torre del Mar is a 15 minute drive from Casa Romero. During your stay, be sure to visit the picturesque white village of Comares, a 35-minute drive from Casa Romero. The village is quite high, at more than 700 m. Because it is built on a rock, you have a beautiful view. On clear days you can even see the Mediterranean Sea. A beautiful walking route has been mapped out in the village, simply follow the blue tiles and you will pass all the beautiful places.

 

LAYOUT CASA ROMERO
 

This holiday home is perfect for families, couples or friends. Casa Romero is very spacious and equipped with plenty of luxury and comfort. There is even a real workplace for 2 people with two sitting/standing desks and 1 large monitor. This in combination with excellent wifi makes Casa Romero also perfect for a workation. The living room is light and spacious and equipped with a nice sitting area, dining area and television (google chromecast instead of television channels so you can play your own streaming services). The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, two ovens, hand blender, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker Cups (Nespresso/Dolce Gusto).

 

There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 220 cm), terrace and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Bedroom 3 has a double bed (180 x 200), terrace and ensuite bathroom. There are two bathrooms with shower, bath with shower above, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. One bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. There is also a separate toilet in Casa Romero. For the children there is a dartboard and various board and card games. There is air conditioning in the living room, kitchen and in all bedrooms. There are also mosquito nets on the windows. The holiday home can be heated by means of the fireplace and air conditioning (hot and cold). There is also a safe as well as a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

 

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF CASA ROMERO IN AXARQUIA

The private outdoors of Casa Romero are perfect. This holiday home has a completely enclosed area and lots of privacy. Take a dip in the spacious private swimming pool (10 x 4 m) or enjoy the panoramic view from your own lounge set. The terrace has six sunbeds and an outdoor shower. The parasol and covered veranda provide shade on hot summer days. There is also a mobile gas barbecue for outdoor cooking. The site has space for four (rental) cars.

Details

Minimum stay 7 nights in July and August and the school holidays (Christmas/New Year, Spring, May and

Autumn) and 4 nights the rest of the year.

Arrival and departure possible every day of the week. The booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings, otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

- Electricity 125 kWh per week is included (additional consumption € 0.40 per kWh via the meter)

Deposit

A security deposit for Casa Romero is applied of € 750,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
