Villa Cor Description
The large terrace goes into a large open space with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a nice kitchen island with bar stools. It also has a wonderful dining area.
It opens to the living room with sitting area and TV. A view of the beautiful terrace with private pool can be enjoyed from this room. Walking down its long corridor we can find the first bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds, the third bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. There is also one separate bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet, All bedrooms and the kitchen/living room are provided with air conditioning.
Villa Cor in Moraira has a large swimming pool with spacious terrace, sun loungers and outdoors shower. At the dining area there is a gas barbecue for you to use. There is also a nice seating area with a bench and chairs to relax during the long summer evenings and enjoy your beautifully lit private pool. There is private parking in the driveway for 3 cars.

- In the May holiday, autumn holiday and the period from July to August, we use a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, however your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings
and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Deposit
A security deposit for Villa Cor is applied of € 350,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Cor is suitable for winter stays. Villa Cor has heating through air conditioning and a pellet stove. The pellets for the pellet stove are available and are € 9,- per bag, to be paid on site according to consumption. In the winter months 125 kWh per month is included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. The cost of electricity in the colder months (November / March) are on request. The winter rates are exclusive of intermediate and final cleaning € 165, -, bed linen and towels € 17.50, - per person and costs for heating. Exclusive of reservation fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid on site:
