- This property is located in a residential complex. Parties, events or any activities that may disturb neighbours or other guests are strictly forbidden.
- Overcrowding beyond the confirmed number of guests is strictly prohibited unless previously authorised.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies; please take special care of furniture and plants.
- A refundable damage deposit of 500 € is required to cover possible damages. The deposit will be refunded after departure, subject to inspection.
- We recommend reporting any pre-existing damage at check-in to avoid misunderstandings.
- Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the full loss of the deposit.

👍 spazi ampi, giardino con la piscina e privacy garantita anche se le case sono vicine l'una all'altra 👎 rinnoverei il bagno e le porte interne, sono un po' vecchiotte, anche se in buono stato. Il rumore dal lun al ven per i lavori dii costruzione che stanno facendo a 200 mt in linea d'aria
