BBQ Grill Villa Rosales in Moraira is located in a quiet residential area in Benissa near the beautiful Moraira. This is the perfect place to relax with its large private pool and lounge set. The nearest beach (Cala Baladrar) is only 1.4 km away. From here you have spectacular views of the Ifach (Rock of Calpe). Visit the village of Moraira with its nice bars, restaurants and shops or spend your day on the fine sandy beach of this village (4.4 km).
LAYOUT VILLA ROSALES
Ground floor:
This is a single storey detached holiday home with studio. Upon entering, turn right into the living room. Here you will find a sitting area, air conditioning, fireplace, television and electric underfloor heating. Further on you will find the spacious naya with dining area. From here you can take a staircase to the roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The hallway leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a double bed, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and hair dryer. There is also a separate toilet. This villa has WiFi.
Studio:
The entrance to the studio can be found outside on the side of the swimming pool. Upon entering you walk into the bedroom. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. In the studio you will also find a small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven and refrigerator. Bathroom 2 has a toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
VILLA ROSALES OUTDOORS
Villa Rosales is built round, therefore you can easily walk around the entire holiday home. On both sides of the house you will find nice seating areas to enjoy the sun. At the rear of the villa you will find the spacious swimming pool (8x4 meter and 1,20 - 1,90 meter deep) surrounded by 6 sun loungers and a parasol. You will find the outdoor shower almost next to the private pool. There is also a lounge set where you can relax with a cold drink. There is a dining table and a mobile barbecue (gas) to enjoy cooking in the warm summer evenings. The fencing around the pool area of the villa has recently been redesigned and is still low, so there is a view of the neighboring garden and vice versa.

Deposit
A security deposit for Villa Rosales in Moraira is applied of € 350,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Rosales is suitable for a vacation in the winter months. Villa Rosales has a fireplace, heating by air conditioning and electric floor heating. In the winter months, 125 kWh per month are included, with additional consumption (via meter) the costs are € 0.40 per kWh. The costs for a winter stay are on request, as well as the electricity costs in the colder months (approx. October to mid April). The winter rates are exclusive of intermediate and final cleaning € 130, - , bed linen and towels € 17.50, - per person and costs for heating. Exclusive of booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
In addition to the costs to be settled seperately, also to be paid on the spot:
