LAYOUT VILLA SPARROW
 

This cozy villa is suitable for 10 persons. On the ground floor you will find the living/bedroom with a double bed, TV, sitting area and refrigerator. In addition, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The first floor can be reached by an external staircase. On the upper floor you will find the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, hob and kettle. From the kitchen you overlook the living room and you can walk to the spacious dining room. The cozy living room has a sitting area, fireplace, coffee table and TV. The bright dining room is the perfect place to start the day. It is has long windows and thus has an enchanting view of the sea. There are four bedrooms. Bedrooms 1,2 and 3 have a double bed. Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer and wifi in this villa. In Villa Sparrow is a kinder cot, high chair and box available.

 

THE PRIVATE OUTDOORS OF VILLA SPARROW
 

Villa Sparrow has a fenced garden and offers plenty of privacy. From the balcony you can enjoy the phenomenal view while relaxing on the lounge set. Sunbathe on a sun lounger or take a dip in the private swimming pool, which also has a slide. Further in the garden is the partly covered terrace with barbecue. Here you can enjoy a nice home-cooked meal on the warm summer evenings.

Deposit

A security deposit for Villa  Sparrow is applied of € 350,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.

 

STAY IN THE WINTER MONTHS

Villa parrow is suitable for winter stays. Winter rent is possible in the period November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by wood stove, electric plates and air conditioning with heat function. In the period November / March is the rent € 1300, - per 4 weeks, please contact us for availability. The winter rates are exclusive of intermediate and final cleaning € 110, -, bed linen and towels € 17.50, - per person and costs for heating. Exclusive of booking fees, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.

 

In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid on site:

 

- Electricity: € 0,40 per kWh with additional consumption (via meter)
