BBQ GrillVILLA ZARA IN MORAIRA
Villa Zara is a vacation home with a great private pool located in a quiet residential area near Moraira. The spacious garden is beautifully landscaped with various plants and flowers and gives a sensation of space and tranquility. Moreover, on the large, partly covered balcony you can enjoy relaxing in the shade on hot summer days. From here you have a beautiful view over the mountains and green surroundings. With both Moraira and Calpe on short driving distance from the villa (15 minutes), you can always seek out the liveliness of a city. In addition, the beaches of the Costa Blanca are just a stone's throw away (1 km): an afternoon on the beach, a good meal in a typical Spanish restaurant and then heading back to the privacy of the villa.
Moraira is an old fishing village that has become one of the nicest resorts on the Spanish coast. Mass tourism is absolutely absent here. You will find in Moraira a large number of good restaurants, a beautiful park, an old castle and a long coastline with beaches and bays. In the evening, you can end the day with a drink on one of the many charming terraces. At a distance of 6 km from Villa Zara you will find the historic town of Calpe. This town is split in two by a saltwater lake. With a little luck you can spot flamingos here! Afterwards you stroll along nice boutiques, admire the lovely fishermen's houses in the historic center and climb the famous chalk rock Peñon de Ifach (which is visible from the villa!). With these two cities in the immediate vicinity of Villa Zara, a versatile vacation is guaranteed!

LAYOUT VILLA ZARA
Villa Zara consists of two floors. The villa is modernly furnished and has a welcoming atmosphere, with white walls and warm accents. Moreover, the large windows of the villa let in lots of natural light. The living room is located on the first floor and is connected to a large balcony. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and a TV corner with digital TV (Dutch channels) and music system. In this room you will also find a nice, round dining area with six chairs. From the living room you reach the modern kitchen, which is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, blender, juicer, kettle and Nespresso machine. There are two bedrooms situated on the first floor. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size double bed and ensuite bathroom with double sink, bath/shower combination and toilet. This room provides access to the balcony. The other bedroom (2) has two single beds. In addition, the first floor offers a seperate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The ground floor consists of a guest accomodation, which can be reached from outside by stairs. This accomodation offers a bedroom with king-size double bed, a living room and a kitchenette with microwave and electric 2-burner stove. The bathroom of the guest accomodation has a shower, toilet and sink. On the ground floor, you will also find a spacious garage, with a washing machine and space to park a (rental) car. To make your stay complete, the entire villa - the living room as well as the bedrooms - is equipped with Wifi and Air conditioning.
OUTDOOR LIVING VILLA ZARA
The outdoors at Villa Zara is amazing. The spacious garden is almost completely fenced and looks attractive. Moreover, because of the many trees in the garden, you will always be able to find some shade. Around the private pool (8m x 5m x 2m) there are 6 sunbeds, so you can enjoy all sunhours. The pool is not heated, but can be covered. Here you will also find a poolside shower. The terraces on the first floor can be reached from the outside by stairs. The sun terrace (60 m2) is covered with artificial grass and is situated on the south. Therefore, nearly the entire day this terras is covered in sunshine. Next to the sun terrace, you will find the balcony that is connected to the living room (40 m2). This balcony offers a terrace with sun screens and a dining table. From here you have a great view of the green surroundings and the mountains. Also convenient: the villa has a garage for storing bicycles or a rental car. This way you can easily explore the surroundings. There is a beautiful covered modern outdoor kitchen with barbecue and cozy seating area overlooking the green surroundings and the Ifach rock of Calpe. Outdoor kitchen with wood-burning BBQ with dining table with chairs and sofa is being realized.

A security deposit for Villa Zara is applied of € 350,-. The deposit is paid via a secure payment link that you will receive by email 2 weeks before arrival. The amount will be reserved on your credit card but not debited (if no damage is found). This deposit does not affect your credit card limit. The deposit can only be paid by credit card. The reservation on your card will be max. 21 days.
STAYING IN THE WINTER MONTHS
Villa Zara is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by electric heating (air and radiators). Additional consumption of electricity € 0.40 per kWh (via meter). In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1195 per 4 weeks (entire holiday home). Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with interim cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels required. The winter rates are exclusive of interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, costs for heating, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
